Quick Reference for Employees — Auris Learning Management
How Access Works
Your company’s training platform, Auris Learning Management, is accessed through Employee Self-Service (ESS), the same place you view your pay information. There is no separate training website login: you must have an ESS account, and once you’re in ESS, the training platform opens automatically.
Steps to Access Your Training
- Log in to Employee Self-Service (ESS) @ app.auris.io/ess/ with your ESS credentials.
- Open the Services Hub and select Auris Learning Management.
- You’ll land on your training dashboard, where any courses assigned to you are waiting.
💡 Don’t have an ESS account? Contact your HR or payroll administrator; an ESS account is required before you can access training.
What You Can Do
- Complete training assigned and track your own progress.
- Explore the full course library on your own — if your employer has enabled browsing.
- Pick up where you left off — your progress is saved as you go.
Trouble Accessing Training?
- Can’t log in to ESS? Contact your HR/payroll administrator to confirm your ESS account is active.
- Logged in, but don’t see training? Your account may still be syncing — new accounts and updates can take a few minutes to appear. If it persists, ask your administrator to check your setup.
- A course won’t load or shows an error? Report it to your administrator, who can escalate the issue.
