Applicant Tracking: Improved Resume Parsing Experience
What was happening: When job seekers submit resumes, a third-party service parses them — pulling out education history, work experience, and certifications — so SMB employers can review the details right on the application. The problem was that the parsed view often looked choppy and inconsistent, making it harder to scan quickly and compare candidates.
What changed: The resume view has been redesigned for a cleaner, more consistent look. The rollout begins May 22 and will expand gradually to all clients. A client-facing announcement will go out once it's fully available. In the meantime, clients may notice slight differences in how resumes are displayed.
Why this matters: A well-formatted resume view means employers can scan candidate information faster and make hiring decisions with more confidence — less time squinting at awkward layouts, more time focused on the right hire.

Applicant Tracking: Indeed Connection
What was happening: Clients who hadn't finished setting up their Indeed account tried to connect it to the ATS and got stuck in a loop, with no explanation of what was wrong or what to do next.
What changed: Users now see a clear message telling them to complete their Indeed account setup before connecting. Once it's connected successfully, they also see a confirmation message.
Why it matters: Clear guidance means fewer frustrated clients and fewer support calls. People know exactly what step to take next.
