WOTC: Ability to Update ERA Status from Filed to Rejected
What was happening:
The ability to manually update a client’s ERA status from Filed to Rejected had been removed, but updated Form 9198s were needed due to the company legal name change.
What changed:
We restored the ability in TmAdmin to update ERA status from Filed to Rejected when a new signed form is needed.
Why it matters:
This helps ensure updated Form 9198s can be collected and filed with state workforce agencies, reducing the risk of denied WOTC orders or missed tax credit opportunities.

WOTC: Uploaded Latest Wet‑Signed Form 9198 Templates (Internal)
What was happening:
As part of our quarterly update, Form 9198 needed refreshed wet signatures to stay compliant with IRS and state requirements. The form also contained outdated company and contact information after our acquisition.
What changed:
We uploaded the April wet‑signed Form 9198 templates, updated the company name to Auris Hired, LLC, and refreshed all representative email addresses to the Auris domain. These versions are now used for all new authorizations.
Why this matters:
This keeps us compliant and helps avoid delays or rejections when submitting WOTC applications.
WOTC: Updated Form 8850 Company Name (Internal)
What was happening:
Form 8850 still showed outdated company and contact information following our acquisition.
What changed:
The form now reflects the correct company name: Auris Hired, LLC. All new authorizations will use the updated version.
Why this matters:
This ensures compliance and reduces the risk of submission issues with state workforce agencies.
WOTC: “Submit Order” Link Now Available When ERA Status Is “Expiring Soon”
What was happening:
Clients with an ERA status of Expiring Soon couldn’t submit new WOTC orders from the Onboarding module - even though their Form 9198 was still valid.
What changed:
Clients can now submit WOTC orders while their ERA status is Expiring Soon.
Why this matters:
This prevents unnecessary interruptions and allows clients to continue capturing eligible credits without delays.
WOTC: Corrected “Max Credit” Amounts in TmAdmin (Internal)
What was happening:
TmAdmin sometimes showed incorrect maximum credit amounts for WOTC orders, affecting both certified and non‑certified employees.
What changed:
We updated the calculation logic:
- For non‑certified orders, max credit is now based on employee questionnaire responses and likely target groups
- For certified orders, the system shows the correct max credit tied to the certified target group
Why this matters:
This improves accuracy, reduces confusion, and provides more reliable insight into potential and actual WOTC value.
