Time & Attendance: Fix for Duplicate Employee Accounts
What was happening:
Employees who completed onboarding and were later sent a registration link ended up with two accounts tied to the same email address. This caused confusion and required support to merge accounts manually.
What changed:
When an employee clicks the registration link, the system now recognizes their existing onboarding account and connects them automatically — no duplicate account is created.
Why it matters:
Employees won’t have login issues or mismatched data anymore, and your team will see fewer support tickets and manual fixes.

Payroll Hours: Clearer Pay Item Error Message
What was happening:
When employee hours were sent to payroll, the system sometimes failed with a vague technical error that did not explain the issue or how to fix it.
What changed:
The error message now clearly identifies when an earning is not connected to an active pay item. The pop-up also includes a close option and a shortcut to Pay Codes.
Why it matters:
Users can understand the issue faster, take action sooner, and reduce support back-and-forth during payroll processing.
