Hire: Twilio Submission Enhancements
What was happening
Twilio approvals were getting delayed because some required business details weren’t being provided.
What changed
We now require Business Type and EIN when customers register for text messaging. These fields show up during the registration process.
Clients who are already approved don’t need to do anything.
Why this matters
This ensures all submissions meet Twilio’s updated rules, which reduces delays and avoids rejected approvals.
Hire: Apply with Indeed Button Appearance
What was happening:
Jobs that weren’t actually sent to Indeed still showed the “Apply with Indeed” button, which caused errors on Indeed’s side.
What changed:
The system now hides the Apply with Indeed option for any job that isn’t being sent to Indeed.
Why this matters:
This keeps us in compliance with Indeed’s requirements and helps maintain a strong, trouble free relationship with them.
