Getting Started & Setup
Enrollment & Setup
No setup is required; this benefit is free to you. However, you can opt out of this service if you do not wish for your employees to participate.
Do employers need to create a ZayZoon account or sign any separate agreement?
No employer-side account or agreement is required. If an employee wants to use it, they can get set up in a few minutes (see below). We handle the connection, so it works as it should in your payroll.
Accessing your Employer Dashboard: Log into your payroll account, open the Client menu on the left, and select Earned Wage Access. You will see a ZayZoon widget labeled either “See my employee usage data” or “Invite my employees,” which will connect you to your ZayZoon dashboard.
Do employees need a separate ZayZoon login?
No. Employees access ZayZoon through their existing Auris portal or app; no new credentials required.
How it works for your employees, it’s integrated with payroll!
Employee Requests & Receives Wages: Employees will log in to their ZayZoon account to request earned wages, and they will receive their funds instantly in most cases.
ZayZoon offers flexible payment options.
Employees can choose from:
- $5 fee: Direct Deposit, Venmo, or Zelle
- No additional fee: ZayZoon Visa Prepaid Card, Instant Gift Card, Gas Card
Deduction Feeds into your Payroll Account: The amount will feed into the payroll system automatically and appear as a deduction on the employee’s next pay, labeled ZayZoon. No action is needed by you.
💡 Some transaction options include a $5 fee, which may be reflected in the employee’s deduction.
Employee Receives Paycheck: The employee receives their next paycheck, and the ZayZoon deduction is withheld, reducing their net pay by the amount withheld. This amount will be the funds going to ZayZoon.
Deduction is Collected: The deduction will be sent to ZayZoon via a Third-Party Electronic Payment. No action is required on your part as the employer for the employee to repay ZayZoon.
Dashboard for full insight: You will have an employer dashboard accessible through the ZayZoon widget in your payroll account to view employee ZayZoon details.
