How do I sign up?
Employees can sign up through:
- Recommended: Auris Employee Self-Service (online)
- Auris Payroll+ App: iOS or Android
- ZayZoon’s Website
- ZayZoon App: iOS or Android
During setup, employees will be asked to provide:
- Proof of work (time sheets, shift schedules, etc.) unless a time and attendance system is enabled
- Basic employment details, like company name and job title
- Photo of a government-issued ID
- Direct deposit or pay card information
How much money can I access? Who do I reach out to with wage eligibility questions?
Typically, employees can access up to 50% of their regular earned wages (Regular wages do not include PTO, Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Overtime, Bonuses, etc.).
- Transaction amounts are limited to $1,000/pay period and $200/day
- Employees with questions about wage eligibility (or other questions in general) can reach out via the chat or email options within the app or on the ZayZoon website.
Is there a limit to the number of transactions I make?
Yes. Employees can make only one transaction per day, within wage access limits listed above.
Can I make multiple requests per pay period? If yes, how does this show on my paycheck?
ZayZoon transmits an updated amount any time an additional request or a payment is made. One deduction for the updated total will show on the paycheck.
How long does it take to receive my money?
Most transactions arrive within 3-5 minutes.
Does ZayZoon charge interest?
ZayZoon does not charge interest. Some payout options have a $5 fee, while others are free.
I submitted a transaction, but haven’t received payment. What should I do?
