Set up Information needed
During setup, you will be asked to provide proof of work (time sheets, shift schedules, etc.) unless a time and attendance system is enabled.
You will enter basic employment details, such as your company name and job title, submit a photo of a government-issued ID, and provide direct deposit or pay card information.
How it works for employees
Typically, employees can access a portion of their regular earned wages (Regular wages do not include PTO, Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Overtime, Bonuses, etc.). ZayZoon determines this amount.
You can check your specific limit and available balance in the ZayZoon dashboard under "Wages Available".
Transaction amounts are limited to a maximum of $1,000/pay period and $200/day, and only one transaction can be made per day. If you have questions, reach out to ZayZoon directly, as they determine wage eligibility.
Payout Options
ZayZoon offers flexible payment options.
Employees can choose from:
- $5 fee: Direct Deposit, Venmo, or Zelle
No additional fee: ZayZoon Visa Prepaid Card, Instant Gift Card, Gas Card
Example: Ella Employee
Ella is a week away from payday when she has an unexpected car repair, and she needs to access her earned wages early.
Request Initiated: Ella logs in to her ZayZoon app and requests a $50 transfer through Venmo.
Funds Transferred: ZayZoon sends instructions to the payment processor, and Ella receives her pay within 3-5 minutes. In the ZayZoon app, Ella’s balance owed will now be $55 (Venmo has a $5 fee).
Auris Notified: ZayZoon sets up a deduction of $55 for repayment on Ella’s next paycheck.
ZayZoon Repaid: ZayZoon receives payment when payroll is processed.
