What is the Auris + LCPtracker partnership?
Auris now generates a State Certified Payroll export file that you upload directly into LCPtracker. LCPtracker then produces the official certified payroll report package for your review and submission. Think of it as an export-and-upload workflow: Auris prepares the data, LCPtracker handles the compliance report.
Do I need an LCPtracker account to use this?
Yes. You must have an active LCPtracker account. If you don't have one, you'll need to sign up directly with LCPtracker before you can use the integration. Contact your Auris Sales representative if you need help getting started.
Is there a cost to use this feature in Auris?
Auris does not charge for the State Certified Payroll Report. However, LCPtracker has its own pricing based on the account type and prevailing wage needs. You'll need to work with LCPtracker directly to choose the right plan for your projects.
What types of projects require certified payroll reporting?
Certified payroll is required for public works projects, including any construction or labor project funded in whole or in part by government funds. This includes federal, state, and local projects. Common examples include:
- Highway and bridge construction
- Federal building projects
- State-funded infrastructure
- Government-contracted specialty trade work
If your project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act or your state's prevailing wage law, certified payroll reporting is required.
