Employees → Employee Wizard → Step 7

Geocode: Auto-populates based on the zip code entered for the employee's address. Verify that a code is visible; do not edit. 

Complete the remaining fields to match the employee’s state tax filing information as shown on their state withholding form. These forms vary per state and can be found online on the state’s official website. 

Select Save once all information has been entered.
