Use Case: Monica is a new hire that lives in Colorado. She is completing her onboarding payroll and tax information. She completes her Colorado W4.
Release Notes: Colorado W4 is now updated to the 2026 version
Additional Updates:
- [Onboarding] Addressed an issue where "Apply with Indeed" was not showing in some cases
- [Time] Addressed an issue where team time off balances were not matching the detail balance history
Title: Clients Can Reset I-9
Work Item: Full notes can be found HCMR-25
Problem Statement: Clients should be able to control their process without our intervention.
Use Case: Monica has submitted her I-9 to her employer, Julie. Julie reviewed the information and approved it. As soon as Julie did this, she realized she had made a mistake. Julie goes to the I-9 document and resets the I-9. This brings the document back to the Employer side verification step where Julie can reapprove the document.
Release Notes: A new hire completes an I-9. When they are done, there is an employer side to complete. If the employer made a mistake and didn't mean to approve the I-9, they are now able to reset the employer's verification.
When this verification is reset, the employer may choose to:
1) reject the I-9 and send it back to the employee
or
2) reapprove with accurate information
