History Records for Imported Employees

The Challenge
When an Employee Census is imported an Employee Record with the information provided in the file, but no history records are displayed when the user navigates to the Employee Record > History Tab > Employee

When an Employee Census is imported, there are history records displayed when the user navigates to the Employee Record > History Tab > Employee

The Challenge
Users can have many enrollments throughout the years if they are with a company for a long time. They can also have qualifying life events or contribution changes during that time. We needed a way for users to access this information for historical and reference purposes.
The Solution
Using the web version of benefits as a reference, we created a new page for users to access all historical benefits information, along with any documentation associated with any enrollments or qualifying life events.
How It Works
This feature is available under the Benefits section titled Enrollment History. If the user has completed an enrollment, qualifying life event or has made a contribution change. They will have this historical data available to them on this page.
- When a user has completed benefits enrollment; they will have access to view the benefit summary as well as any documentation associated with that enrollment even if the enrollment was denied.

When a user completes a contribution change they will be able to see the plan, contribution amount and effective date for when these changes were made.
