Title: ZKT Clock Features Enabled for Clients

The Challenge

Previously, when ZKT Clock Integration was enabled, employees with clock options disabled in their profile would still trigger an error message stating that ZKT Verification Method is not set. This caused confusion for clients, as these employees were not intended to use the clock feature. 

The Solution

We’ve improved the system logic to prevent unnecessary error messages for employees who have clock options disabled. Additionally, ZKT clock options will now be visible to all clients, providing greater transparency and flexibility in managing employee profiles.

How It Works

• If ZKT Clocks are being used:
  • Employees with clock options enabled will continue to use the clock as expected.
  • Employees with clock options disabled will no longer receive error messages related to missing clock settings.
• If ZKT Clocks are not being used:
  • Employees with clock options disabled will no longer receive error messages related to missing clock settings.
• ZKT clock configuration options are now displayed for all clients, regardless of whether the integration is currently active, making setup and management easier.
